Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to elevate the company’s global brand presence and support the promotion of our products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives.
  • Experience in project management and adept at aligning and uniting teams and stakeholders on key goals.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of end-to-end marketing campaigns, encompassing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct in-depth analysis, and refine strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

Content Development:

  • Oversee the development of compelling, industry-specific content tailored for various digital channels to resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure that content remains current with industry trends, technological advancements, and addresses the specific needs of our customer base.

Social Media Management:

  • Devise and execute social media strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and fostering engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Stay attuned to industry discourse and leverage social platforms to position our brand as a trusted authority in the telecommunications arena.

Data Analysis:

  • Leverage analytics tools to meticulously track, measure, and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives.
  • Generate actionable insights through user research/analysis of audience needs, behaviors, and engagement with our programs to inform marketing, content development, and platform enhancement.


  • Identify, scope, and lead other strategic growth projects as needed (e.g., developing a cross-program segmentation framework, building a successful user-to-user referral strategy, etc.).
  • Collaborate effectively with external agencies and vendors to optimize performance and remain informed of industry best practices.

Qualifications and work experience

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing or digital marketing roles, with a strong preference for experience within the telecommunications sector.
  • Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in software product marketing or product management.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, a proactive approach, and a passion for learning.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Proficient understanding of website technologies.
  • Proven track record in managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal), project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing funnel reporting and key performance indicators such as website analytics, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, account-based marketing, and measurement methodologies.
