Ubersmith serves small, medium and large organizations, ranging from those with as few as 1-2 employees and those with as many as tens of thousands of employees.
Over the years and more so recently, Ubersmith has been serving larger and larger companies. While we have grown with our customers as they have become bigger companies, we have also won larger new customers in the U.S. and internationally.
As part of this trend, here are some examples of larger wins we have seen in the past several months:
- A 25,000-employee telecom company new customer in the Asia-Pacific Region
- A 11,000-employee utility company new customer in the EMEA Region
- A 4,000-employee software company new customer instance in the U.S. for an additional deployment
Not so surprisingly, we have seen the number of public companies we serve multiply as some of our customers go public or are acquired by public companies and as we win more public companies as new customers.
Larger companies have selected us and stayed with us because we provide a scalable, reliable and secure subscription billing platform backed by enterprise-level professional services and a growing number of partnerships we have with companies that focus on serving the enterprise market globally.
We have put a lot of investment into our product, API and documentation to serve the needs of larger customers, and we will continue to do so while enabling larger customers to customize and extend our offering. While we move upmarket, we will continue our commitment – at a product level and on a services level – to small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) where we have always had a strong presence.
With our premier subscription business management software for the cloud (and beyond), we’re excited about our opportunity to assist additional companies of all sizes move to subscription business models and to the cloud in order to reach their fullest potential.
