This release is entirely customer-driven and includes enhancements to all sections of Ubersmith, so your finance, operations, sales, and support teams can communicate more efficiently with each other to better serve your customers. First and foremost, Ubersmith 4.0 includes a complete refresh of the user interface.
We’ve modernized every aspect of the UI to maximize the amount of information accessible, so you can see your clients’ details at a glance:
In addition to a new UI, we’ve also added global event notifications for over 130 events, giving your teams a more incremental view of activity to minimize wasted time and maximize their time servicing contracts, clients, and devices.
We’ve also redesigned our graphs to be more intuitive and responsive so you can instantly get an overview of every aspect of your business.
Ubersmith 4.0 also introduces two new sophisticated pricing features: Pricing History and Price Scheduling.
Pricing History provides an audit trail for any adjustments that would have affected the price of a service, including (but not limited to) changes in rate plan, contract terms, quantity, or discounts. With all of this information at their fingertips, your finance and support teams will be able to make the best decision possible when servicing your clients.
Price Scheduling allows you to set a service price for a certain point in the future — streamlining your workflow, saving time, and ensuring that no potential lost revenue is left on the table.
